This is the final one we agreed on. The reason we are going to use this is because it just ties in with our movie perfectly. Another reason we chose this design is because the text and design clearly reflect the gothic horror genre.  Purgatory basically means being in-between Heaven and hell. The colours red and black are used to represent danger and darkness and seeing as our main character is exposed to both these things it works perfectly. The colours red and black compliment each other with the image because they simply imply a sense of evil and foreboding for the audience. The font also gives the impression that the words were scrawled in blood. The white image in the centre is a part of Satan, showing his mouth chewing on a human body.
